Dermovate is a very strong steroid cream prescribed for certain stubborn skin conditions. It is a prescription medicine and must only be used under a doctor’s guidance. It is not a fairness or beauty cream, and using it on the face or for skin lightening can cause serious, long-term skin damage. Apply only a thin layer to the affected area, for the shortest time your doctor recommends. Do not bandage the area unless told to. Do not use it on children without medical advice. Read the leaflet first. Store the tube below 25°C and keep it out of children’s reach.
