Hashmi Surma is a traditional kohl that has been used in Pakistani homes for many years. Many people apply it to the inner rim of the eyes for a soft, dark look, and it is also used as part of Sunnah practice. To apply, dip the applicator stick into the surma, close your eye gently and draw the stick along the lower lash line.
